Ive gone to this salon twice. My hair has always been done by Marty, he does an excellent job with my cut and color overtime. The staff is friendly and welcoming every time, and they always work well as a team to make sure each client gets a good experience. Keep up the good work!

As an new au pair in the U.S. it's sometimes hard to find good hair salon places to go to. But from the first moment i went there everybody was super nice and Marty always did a great job with my hair. I really like that place and am always happy to go there to get my hair done.

Salon Reyna was just as charming and inviting as the lovely people who work there. For my first experience there, I was putting my complete trust in them to do an entire bridal party's hair and makeup, and I was pleasantly surprised by the great amount of care, detail, and planning skills they put into ensuring everyone was satisfied. They were so easy-going, attentive, welcoming, and accommodated to any needs.Considering how indecisive the bride was and how close the wedding approached (booking the salon only a few weeks prior to the big day), everything went smoothly. They provided a friendly, stress-free environment and showed great flexibility and understanding to last-minute changes or requests. We received our consultations in the form of a small bridal trial party, where they had personalized notes/questions, a schedule outline, products, food, and drinks ready for us. Then, on the day of, complimentary champagne and snacks were served. Their all-around customer service, affordable prices, and genuine care for making each of us as comfortable and happy as possible, especially during a special event, makes Salon Reyna a wonderful place to try out. From the moment you walk into the lovely salon, Lorie and her staff make you feel right at home. I see Marty for my hair. So far I had it cut, colored, highlighted, and recently had the keratin treatment. I'm thrilled will all the results! Marty is brilliant and creative, but doesn't have an ego. Marty and his colleagues really listen to their clients. If you love your long hair, you should still see Marty. My hair is still long after my cut. He promised he would take a half inch off, and that's precisely what he did. Salon Reyna's fees are very reasonable, especially given the talent and experience of the stylists. Another added benefit is the free parking right in front of the building. There's no need to worry about feeding the meter here. Are there any cons? Not at all. Keep doing what your doing. Thank you for the excellent service and your outstanding work!

I love the staff and selection of services available at Salon Reyna. I have been a loyal client for years, and it is their skill and attention to detail that keeps me coming back. As a female, the appearance of my hair is very important and I wouldn't trust anyone but the staff here to keep me looking my best. Staff is always going to shows and conferences to keep up to date with the latest trends and traditionally trusted techniques. I know I am in great hands when I come to Salon Reyna. The salon is beautifully designed, with ample parking. Truly a relaxing experience- it's like going to Newbury Street but without the inner city hassle. Marty and Lori are exceptionally talented and I recommend all my friends and coworkers to check into the salon. The addition of a talented esthetician providing waxing and spa treatments is also a plus. This is a great place for cuts, colors, extensions, corrective care, facials, waxing, wedding services, etc. Treat yourself and spend a day at Salon Reyna.

Love Salon Reyna! From the minute I walk in the door I feel pampered. Marty does wonderful things with my hair, always knows the right color no matter what the season is (even if my hair has spent to much time in the sun over the summer). Lori is always welcoming, great location and plenty of parking.

Marty is one of the best hairdressers I've ever discovered... I spontaneously wanted a new cut and walked into Salon Reyna one day and miraculously Marty fit me in; a year later I'm still thrilled with his work on my challenging hair and color. Everyone is so skilled and kind, and the owner is so helpful, accommodating, and has helped with makeup choices and application too. I look younger than a year ago!! Highly recommend Salon Reyna!

Melanie and Laurie were fantastic. Laurie was so kinda and detailed when asking questions about what type of hair I had in order to best match me to a hair dresser. Melanie was extremely kind and meticulous when it came to the haircut. She took her time with the consultation and the entire process. Without a doubt I would recommend this salon and plan to come back again. Plus all cut hair is collected and sent to support clean up of oil spills!

I’ve been seeing Le for my eyelash extensions for a few months now and she’s the best specialist that I’ve been to. She does such an amazing job every time and her attention to detail is unmatched. She’s super friendly and helpful and you can tell she’s very experienced and knowledgeable in what she does. My daughter got her hair colored for the first time. They were great with her. They made her feel special and took their time and made sure her hair came out right. Since it was the first time color it had to sit longer to take. They waited and let her know why. So it would look better. She will definitely go back again..

I started going to Melanie in October 2019. I just had my 3rd appointment with Melanie. My cut and color are perfect! She takes her time and really cares about her clients and how they feel. Everyone in the salon works together as a team and treat everyone with respect. Melanie deserves 10 stars.

If you're worried about returning to a salon during the pandemic--no matter how much you know your hair needs the wizards at Salon Reyna!!--stop worrying! Their sanitizing practices are careful, thorough and all-around excellent. I'm grateful (and I look a lot better, too!!)

I just returned to the salon for a long overdue visit due to the COVID outbreak. Lori and her team observed all recommended safety protocols for number of guests, distancing, protective equipment and sanitization procedures. I wore my own mask as well. My visit went smoothly and I felt absolutely safe. I came out with my spirits lifted!!

A little late posting this but just wanted to share my experience going to the salon after reopening. As soon as I walked through the door I felt extremely safe and comfortable. I was greeted and asked to sit in a chair right at the door. Was given a squirt of hand sanitizer and my temperature was taken. Then I was brought to my hairdresser Marty’s chair. There was only one other client there at the time and they were on the other side of the salon. Everyone was wearing masks and or big face shields. I have another appointment next week and I’m sure I will feel just as safe!! Thank you everyone at Salon Reyna for making your clients feel safe and beautiful!!!

I am a long time client and Super Fan of Salon Reyna. Last week I had my first Keratin Hair Treatment done there by stylist Deedee. The process she took me through was incredibly extensive, and the results are beyond impressive! My hair has never felt this soft, been so manageable - I have naturally curly and often frizzy hair - if I don't flat iron it. Since the Keratin treatment, my hair has been an absolute delight to care for, I love seeing the results in the mirror, and I was also told I look ten years younger by one of my neighbors! Deedee is a true professional, and she gently maneuvered of my hair during the entire process, and her attention to detail is sheer perfection. This is an incredible service, and I highly recommend Deedee and Salon Reyna for this service at Salon Reyna. I want to also give a shout out to my long-time stylist Marty Beecy who regularly takes care of my hair service requirements, and preps me for my television and promotional appearances. Marty is also a five star stylist too! The salon is owned by Lori Reyna, who you will likely meet when you are there, and she is one of the most delightful people you will ever meet. If you are not one of their clients yet, I highly recommend you consider making this salon your new salon of choice!

Fantastic, friendly salon and work by Al Crepeau! Al is the kind of experienced professional you can just trust. We didn't have to discuss too much:he just knew what to do with my hair and came up with a future plan without me having to ask, which I love. He brought my hair from a mousy brown with over bleached ends to a natural but highee-contrast highlighted look. Not too brassy and not too cool. Thank you Al. I'll be back!

DeeDee helped out with the wash and styling too which I thought was great to see the staff help one another out and work as a team! Clean, comfortable and spacious environment. Salon Reyna was able to fit me in same day due to a cancellation; it was my first time there and I saw Marty for color correction, highlights, and hair cut. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to talk me through what would be best for my hair color/condition/type. He was very thorough and did an amazing job. This was my first professional color after years of box color and he managed to even everything out and get the pop of color I wanted. All the other staff were very nice as well and all commented on how great he did. My first visit to Salon Reyna was absolutely wonderful!!! I loved every bit of my experience. First, the appointment/booking process was super easy! I received a call (and a text) back within the hour. The salon was able to accommodate my sister and I for a color and cut. When we arrived, the exceptional service continued. We were greeted by its welcoming staff and talented employees! Great vibe and with friendly, helpful staff. Our stylists both knew what they were doing - they asked us what we were envisioning and brought our visions to life!!! They were all great at their jobs and we loved how our hair came out! Definitely recommend coming here!!! The service was great, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the ambience was very pretty and elegant. In sum, great haircuts, amazing color job, fantastic services, and lovely atmosphere, nothing but a good afternoon. We will be back!!

I go to Salon Reyna because I have been using Alex Crepeau to color and cut my hair for 20 years. I now live in Rhode Island yet I still drive to this salon for my color because in my eyes Alex is the best !!! The salon is clean, bright, and everyone is super friendly.

I went in for "the big chop" and they (specifically Marty) did an incredible job! He gave me honest feedback on different ideas and helped me choose a cut that fit my lifestyle and preferences. Several days after my cut and color at Salon Reyna with Alex Creapeau my fine, fussy blond hair still looks amazing! It was so beautiful when I left the salon that I wished I had somewhere more exciting than the grocery store to go, lol! The color is gorgeous and the cut somehow makes my hair curl and look full on the ends! The color did not fry my hair but left it soft and wavy. So happy to have found Salon Reyna, Bedford MA. Catherine Desharnais was my stylist today. Catherine helped me with highlights and styling my hair for prom and she did an awesome job! The style lasted all night and I got tons of compliments. This was my first time getting highlights and also getting my hair styled at a salon, but I didn't feel uncomfortable or nervous at all because everyone in the salon was so kind and helpful! I have 3a curls and I was given lots of helpful advice on how to manage and style my hair, and using these tips and recommended products has really benefited my hair. Overall, I'm really happy with my experiences at Salon Reyna and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs anything done with their hair!

I highly recommend Catherine at Salon Reyna. I came in for a color and came out with a stylish long bob w/highlights. Catherine expertise on color, cut was amazing and she took her time to shape the cut to your face. Salon Reyna is wonderful. The customer service is top notch. Lorie, the owner, is so sweet and always does what she can to accommodate my appointment requests. Twice, she's had her stylists come in early for me so the appointment could fit into my schedule. I don't know any other salon that would do that.Katherine cuts my son, Liam's hair. Not only is she very talented, but she's so good with him! During his trim, they talk about everything from their favorite board games to superheroes. He enjoys going to see her! His hair always looks great after his cut - and he has curly hair. Doesn't seem like it would be very easy to cut with scissors, but she manages to do a great job. She never uses a buzzer.And I've had my hair blown out there as well. I don't remember the man's name who did it, but he was Italian. Like Katherine, he was very talented. He understood my vision of bouncy waves perfectly.I highly recommend Salon Reyna! They're awesome!

I discovered the salon by chance during a walk. Catherine is very talented in cuts and colors. I have very thick, long hair and struggle to find someone who can cut it the way I want. She has cut my hair 3 times now and I have LOVED the cut every time. Catherine also helped with with changing my hair color - by giving me advice and respecting my budget. THANK YOU!

7/1/22- Had highlights on my own hair a few days ago with Alex; he did a fabulous job and I LOVE my hair! Fully recommend both Marty AND Alex!!I brought my mom here to clean up the many previous box color she'd been using and to color hair for gray coverage. She was able to spend her bday with me last minute and I wanted to have her feel her best by getting her hair fixed. Marty and the salon owner, and the young lady at the counter accomadated us and Marty did a fantastic job. My mom felt rejuvenated with her new hair and she was ablw to enjoy photos with her grandkids. Marty is a true professional and was very precise with his work. Fully recommend Marty and the salon!

I decided to try Salon Reyna when I moved to Bedford because of their excellent reviews. This was the best decision!! At my first visit I had a great cut with Catherine and even had an impromptu makeup lesson with the salon owner, Lori! I knew right away I wanted to hire the salon for my wedding and was so excited when they said yes. Lori and her team made my wedding day extra special for me, my mom, and all of my bridesmaids. They made us look and feel so beautiful. When I look at my wedding photos I am thrilled to see how our natural beauty was enhanced. Lori matches skin tone perfectly and goes above and beyond to explain all the products and colors she uses. Catherine did an incredible job on my wedding hair paying attention to every last detail. I wasn’t sure how to wear my hair for the wedding and she picked the perfect style for me. Denise, Linda, and Marty are fabulous as well! I really can’t say enough good things about Salon Reyna. They take so much pride in what they do and are experts at their craft. They are the nicest stylists and you feel right at home in their salon! Can’t wait to go back for my next visit.

I took my son to Catherine for his haircut. & the layer's she gave him mezmorized me-to the point I would stare at him with envy….lol. After having him get a few cuts from Catherine I decided I needed to book an appointment myself . I had been cutting my own hair for about a decade because I enjoy the process, & it feels like art to me, HOWEVER, I feel more beautiful and my hair looks healthier after seeing her! I’m very thankful I found a stylist for myself and for my son! The location is easy and the salon is laid back. No pretentious Betties, just nice people who enjoy making you look your best. 🙂

I went for an appointment I booked online. Loved that feature, made it easy and fast and I could see all the times available. I just moved to the area so I was looking for a place that I could make my regular salon. I went in and had my eyebrows done by Le. My eyebrows look better than they ever have! She dad a fantastic job. She was gentle and even filled them in for me afterwards. I then had a haircut with Lori. I was looking to go from long hair to a long bob at my collarbones. She nailed it! She took her time and explained all of the products she was using in my hair. I even bought the ones she used because my hair felt so good! I recommend this salon to anyone in the area. She's affordable, knowledgeable, and super nice! I didn't feel pressured in the least to add on to my session or buy any extras. Can't wait for my next appointment!

I ran 20 mins late to my appointment but Salon Reyna was so kind and patient and they offered me to do my hair cut as soon as when i reached there. Marty did an excellent job and was very friendly. Have been here twice and would definitely continue this place. Highly recommend.
